547 Aberdeen House
Hey Everyone! Welcome to another blog post! The weather outside is lovely and cottage season is just around the corner. This week we are excited to showcase the progress on 547 Aberdeen Boulevard in Midland! This beautiful tropically inspired waterfront home (which is KMD Group’s flagship project) in Canada is almost completely finished! We just know that the future owner is going to have a lot of splendid moments living in it. From the jaw dropping unique design of the front facade, to the amazing finishes and the waterfront access that allows for a dock. It is truly a house made for and inspired by the “Pura Vida” lifestyle that Costa Ricans are famously know for!
In this blog post, our C.E.O Katia Marten and members of our Toronto team visit the home to show you all the amazing spaces! The home features 2+2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The walkout basement is still under construction but is almost finished. We will be doing another blog post once the home is completely done!

We love the unique front facade of the home. It is definitely a conversation starter!
The pathway leading up to the front door is beautifully landscaped and once the shrubs grow out will be even more gorgeous!
The open plan living room is spacious and features high vaulted ceilings and tall windows to allow for amazing views of Midland Bay!
This home comes with KMD Group’s garden box. A year round space to enjoy plant life. Made of high quality oak wood and consisting of floor tiles and planters!
The patio has incredibles views of the bay and as a bonus there is a Tuanis chair included with this home! The Tuanis chair is our unique award winning seating furniture design that was featured at the Toronto Interior Design show (IDS) and also on the Marilyn Denis Show as one of the favourite picks of IDS.

The kitchen at this home is absolutely perfect for entertaining. Here Katia invited our team for a charcuterie board feast which we absolutely enjoyed while taking in the stunning views of Midland bay!
The kitchen features a stand alone pantry space that offers tons of storage for your cookware and spices!
Out project manager Lais and Marketing Coordinator Karimah are all too happy to be a part of the amazing lunch!
